Previously known as Do I dare/Disturb the universe? on LiveJournal, this blog launched in 2003 as an experiment in writing publicly. Since then it has morphed and matured from an online placeholder of random photographs and favorite quotations to a public place to share my thoughts as a writer and some of the things I love most.
Born in 1978 and bred in the urban donut hole of Omaha, Nebraska, my perspective is anything but corn fields and cows. I spend my days as a writer, reader, storyteller, fundraiser, teacher, leader, and a listener. And yes, I have an Apple tattoo.
